At Enrobe, each piece is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. As a designer clothing brand, we follow a no return and no refund policy.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
- We encourage customers to carefully review the product details and sizing chart before placing an order.
- In case of any issues related to sizing, we do offer an exchange for one size up or down (please refer to our Exchange Policy).
Exceptions:
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enrobe@live.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99870 24444 with images and your order number. We will be happy to assist you in such rare cases.
