Exchange Policy
At Enrobe, we want you to love what you wear. If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags and packaging are eligible.
- Exchanges are available for one size up or one size down for the same product.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at enrobe@live.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99870 24444 with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return pickup process.
- After we receive and inspect the product, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds at the moment.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
