Exchange Policy

At Enrobe, we want you to love what you wear. If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags and packaging are eligible.
  • Exchanges are available for one size up or one size down for the same product.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at enrobe@live.in or WhatsApp us at +91 99870 24444 with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, you’ll be guided through the return pickup process.
  3. After we receive and inspect the product, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds at the moment.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • In case the desired size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.
